We observed a marked increase in efficiency of iPS cell generation when p53 is deleted. Overall design: Gene expression patterns were compared between p53 wt MEF and p53-null MEF cells. Gene expression patterns were also compared between ES cells and MEF.
我们观察到,当p53缺失时,诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cell, iPS cell)的生成效率显著提升。
