Small RNA sequencing of Rice leaves infected with strains of the oryzae or oryzicola pathovars of Xanthomonas oryzae

The general goal of this project is to characterize and contrast small RNAs (>17nt to ~50nt) present in the rice leaf infected with the two pathovars of the the bacterial pathogen Xanthomonas oryzae.

本项目的总体目标是对感染稻黄单胞菌（Xanthomonas oryzae）两种致病型的水稻叶片中存在的、长度介于17nt至约50nt之间的小分子RNA（small RNAs）进行特征解析与对比研究。
