Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) has profound effect on gene expression during infection of monocytes. 人类巨细胞病毒(Human cytomegalovirus, HCMV)在感染单核细胞期间对基因表达具有显著影响。本研究借助RNA测序(RNA-seq)与核糖体测序(RIBO-seq),解析HCMV重塑受感染单核细胞转录组与翻译组的具体程度。实验设计概述:针对HCMV感染组、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GMCSF)处理组或巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(MCSF)处理组的单核细胞,分别提取总mRNA与多聚体结合mRNA,开展RNA-seq数据的比较基因表达谱分析。
