Fungal diversity in multiple post-harvest aged red pine stumps and their potential influence on Heterobasidion root rot in managed stands across Minnesota

The fungal diversity of red pine stumps was examined in both the native and non-native range in Minnesota. Additionally, stumps were cut 0-1, 2-3, 5-6, and 10-12 years before sampling. This allowed for us to also examine how the fungal community changed over time.

本研究针对明尼苏达州境内红松伐桩的真菌多样性，在其原生分布区与非原生分布区均开展了调查。此外，本研究所涉及的伐桩均为采样前0~1年、2~3年、5~6年及10~12年时采伐的，借此可探究真菌群落在时间维度上的动态变化。
