The following antibodies (mAbs) were used in this study: Anti-BRCA1 rabbit polyclonal antibody (catalog no. ab238983) and Anti-gamma H2AX (phosphoS139) recombinant antibody (catalog no. ab81299) was purchased from Abcam. β-Actin (13E5) Rabbit mAb (catalog no. 66009-1-Ig), anti-GFP mouse mAb (catalog no. 66002-1-Ig) and anti-mCherry monoclonal antibody (Cat No. 68088-1-Ig) were purchased from Proteintech. HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) (SA00001-1) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) (SA00001-2) were purchased from Proteintech. The ultra-sensitive ECL chemiluminescence kit (P06M30L) was purchased from Gene-Protein Link.
