During overwintering,in order to find out the optimum salinity for S. paramamosain during overwintering, we compared and determined protein of metabolic changes of S. paramamosain during overwintering at 4‰ and 25‰ using iTRAQ technology. A total of 1283 proteins were detected including 1041 down-regulated proteins and 242 up-regulated proteins.
越冬期间,为明确拟穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)的最适越冬盐度,本研究采用同位素标记相对和绝对定量(iTRAQ)技术,对比测定了4‰与25‰盐度下拟穴青蟹越冬过程中的蛋白质代谢变化。共检测到1283种蛋白质,其中下调表达蛋白质1041种,上调表达蛋白质242种。
