Transcriptome map of cancerous and para-cancerous tissues in patients with liver hepatocellular carcinoma

To validate CXCL12 and IL7R expression between cancerous and paracancerous, five cancer and five paracancerous tissues,wihch were obtained from five LIHC patients undergoing liver cancer surgery at the Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital,were performed RNA-seq. The RNA-seq data showed a significant difference in CXCL12 expression between cancerous and paracancerous tissues (p =0.04), as well as the IL7R expression (p<0.01). There was also a significant difference between cancerous and paracancerous samples in NK cells (resting) (p = 0.0014), M1 macrophages (p = 0.0058), CD8+ T cells (p = 0.0026), and Tregs (p = 0.0015) in the immunocyte infiltration analysis. 为验证癌组织与癌旁组织中CXCL12及IL7R的表达差异,本研究从广东省第二人民医院接受肝癌手术的5例肝细胞肝癌(LIHC)患者中采集5份癌组织与5份癌旁组织,开展RNA测序(RNA-seq)。测序结果显示,癌组织与癌旁组织的CXCL12表达存在显著差异(p=0.04),IL7R表达亦存在显著差异(p<0.01)。在免疫细胞浸润分析中,静息自然杀伤(NK)细胞(p=0.0014)、M1型巨噬细胞(p=0.0058)、CD8+ T细胞(p=0.0026)及调节性T细胞(Tregs,p=0.0015)在癌与癌旁样本间的浸润水平均存在显著差异。本研究同时针对肝细胞肝癌患者癌与癌旁组织的转录组表达水平差异展开了检测。
