CosMx human NSCLC

Processed dataset from He et al., 2022 of Nanostring CosMx spatial transcriptomics measurement of 8 sections from 5 Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) patients. Cells are clustered based on their cellular niches (also known as spatial domains or spatial clusters) using CellCharter.

本数据集为He等人2022年发表的处理后数据集，涵盖5名非小细胞肺癌（Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, NSCLC）患者的8个组织切片的Nanostring CosMx空间转录组学（spatial transcriptomics）检测结果。研究团队使用CellCharter工具，基于细胞微生态位（cellular niches，又称空间域或空间簇）对细胞完成聚类分析。
