Ruthenium-Catalyzed Regioselective C2 Alkenylation of Indoles and Pyrroles via C–H Bond Functionalization

An efficient ruthenium-catalyzed oxidative coupling of indoles and pyrroles with various alkenes at the C2-position assisted by employing the N,N-dimethylcarbamoyl moiety as a directing group is reported. The catalytic reaction proceeds in an excellent regio- and stereoselective manner.本研究报道了一种高效的钌催化氧化偶联反应：以N,N-二甲基氨基甲酰基（N,N-dimethylcarbamoyl）作为导向基团辅助，实现吲哚与吡咯在C2位与各类烯烃的氧化偶联。该催化反应展现出优异的区域选择性与立体选择性。
