This dataset contains raw data used for the research "Thermal and catalytic pyrolysis of waste plastic heavy distillate into diesel-like product". Heavy distillate derived from plastic industries has high viscosity and molecular weight making it low valued byproduct. This requires upgrading with catalyst to improve its desirability as transport grade fuel. This study investigated production of diesel-like product from waste plastic Heavy Distillate with and without kaolin catalyst using reaction temperature, heating time and catalyst ratio as selected process parameters. Kaolin was characterized using X-ray fluorescence-XRF spectroscopy.

本数据集包含用于题为《废塑料重馏分热解与催化裂解制备类柴油产物》的研究的原始数据。塑料工业产出的重馏分(Heavy Distillate)黏度与分子量均较高,属于低附加值副产物,因此需借助催化剂进行提质改性,以提升其作为车用级燃料的应用价值。本研究选取反应温度、加热时长与催化剂配比作为选定的工艺参数,探究了添加与不添加高岭土催化剂时,废塑料重馏分制备类柴油产物的效果。本研究采用X射线荧光光谱(X-ray fluorescence,XRF)对高岭土进行了表征。
