Environmental, nutrient, and experimental data associated with Pontederia crassipes in the Ria de Aveiro system

This dataset compiles environmental and experimental data generated within the SmartBio project and complementary field surveys conducted in the Ria de Aveiro region (Portugal). The dataset includes: Water physicochemical parameters collected across the Ria de Aveiro aquatic system; Nutrient concentrations and physiological responses of Pontederia crassipes obtained after mesocosm experiments under different environmental conditions; Nutrient dynamics associated with Pontederia crassipes decomposition experiments; Processed data used for alluvial graphic analyses related to ecosystem services, disservices, and nutrient pathways.本数据集整合了SmartBio项目产生的环境与实验数据，以及在葡萄牙阿威罗泻湖（Ria de Aveiro）区域开展的补充野外调查数据。数据集包含以下内容： 1. 在阿威罗泻湖水生系统中采集的水体理化参数； 2. 不同环境条件下开展的中宇宙（mesocosm）实验中获得的凤眼莲（Pontederia crassipes）养分浓度与生理响应数据； 3. 与凤眼莲腐解实验相关的养分动态数据； 4. 用于生态系统服务、生态系统反服务及养分通路相关冲积图解分析的已处理数据。
