Helianthus texanus experimental hybrid evolution

This project used experimental evolution of hybrid H. annuus - H. texanus populations to understand the evolution of the natural hybrid lineage H. annuus texanus. Sequence data includes reference populations of both parental species, BC1 samples for QTL mapping, and advance generation hybrids for tracking allele frequency changes.

本研究以普通向日葵（H. annuus）与德克萨斯向日葵（H. texanus）的杂交种群为材料开展实验演化研究，旨在解析天然杂交谱系H. annuus texanus的演化机制。本项目所用序列数据涵盖两类亲本物种的参考种群、用于数量性状基因座（Quantitative Trait Locus, QTL）定位的回交一代（Backcross 1, BC1）样本，以及用于追踪等位基因频率变化的高世代杂交种群。
