To allow identification of differentially expressed genes between WT and Zdbf2-KO hypothalamus in mouse pups at 3 and 10dpp, mutants and control RNA-seq were conducted starting from whole hypothalamus RNA. Overall design: Comparison of RNA-seq results from whole hypothalamus RNA of control and Zdbf2-KO at 3 and 10 dpp.
为鉴定产后3日龄(3dpp)与产后10日龄(10dpp)的小鼠幼崽下丘脑内野生型(Wild Type, WT)与Zdbf2基因敲除(Zdbf2-KO)个体间的差异表达基因,本研究以全下丘脑总RNA为起始材料,开展了敲除组与对照组的RNA测序(RNA-seq)实验。总体实验设计:对比产后3日龄与产后10日龄的野生型及Zdbf2-KO小鼠全下丘脑总RNA的RNA测序结果。
