Purpose: to identify adaptations in skeletal muscle gene expression following two weeks of corticosterone treatment with and without ATGL inhibition. mRNA profiles from mixed gastrocnemius skeletal muscle of mice given ethanol (EtOH) or corticosterone (Cort) for two weeks. Subsets of each group were fed either a control diet (CON) or a diet that had Atglistatin (ATGLi).
研究目的:探究经两周皮质酮(corticosterone)处理联合或不联合脂肪甘油三酯脂肪酶(ATGL)抑制后,骨骼肌基因表达的适应性变化。本数据集来源于经乙醇(EtOH)或皮质酮(Cort)处理两周的小鼠混合腓肠肌骨骼肌的mRNA转录谱。每组小鼠均分为两个亚组,分别喂食对照饮食(CON)或添加阿特他汀(ATGLi)的实验饮食。
