Our study integrated the 16S rRNA sequencing and inflammatory factor assessment with detail clinical information to analyze the influence of COPD on microbial communities in diverse sites, including the oropharynx, nasopharynx, sputum, and intestinal tract, and to observe the potential flora transfer between microbial communities and the alteration of pathogenic microbes.
本研究整合16S核糖体RNA(16S rRNA)测序、炎症因子评估与详细临床信息,旨在分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)对口咽部、鼻咽部、痰液及肠道等不同部位微生物群落的影响,并观察微生物群落间潜在的菌群转移现象与致病菌的变化特征。
