Metagenomic data of sediments under the combined effects of microplastics and antibiotics

This study explores the changes in microbial communities under the influence of microplastics PLA, PVC, and PS, as well as antibiotics TC, SDZ, and CIP, both individually and in combination. The metagenomic raw data are the paired-end fastq data from these treatment groups.

本研究探究了聚乳酸（PLA）、聚氯乙烯（PVC）、聚苯乙烯（PS）微塑料与四环素（TC）、磺胺二甲嘧啶（SDZ）、环丙沙星（CIP）三类抗生素单独及联合暴露下的微生物群落变化。本研究的宏基因组原始数据为上述各处理组的双端fastq格式测序数据。
