Lentiviral expression of MiR-31 in CD8 T-cells.

Purpose: identify genes regulated by expression of miR-31 in primary mouse CD8 T-cells by exogenously expressing pre-miR-31 from the Plko.3g lentiviral vector. Cells infected with empty Plko.3g vectors were used as controls for infection. Control vector and miR-31 transduced CD8 T-cells with 4 independent biological replicates/condition

研究目的：通过从Plko.3g慢病毒载体（Plko.3g lentiviral vector）中外源性过表达pre-miR-31（pre-miR-31），鉴定原代小鼠CD8 T细胞中受miR-31表达调控的基因。以空载Plko.3g载体感染的细胞作为感染对照。对照载体转导组与miR-31转导组的CD8 T细胞均设置4次独立生物学重复。
