Citrus aurantiifolia cultivar:Colimex Raw sequence reads

Mexican lime (Citrus aurantifolia) is an important economic crop in tropical and sub-tropical areas including the Pacific region of Mexico. Nowadays, is seriously affected by Huanglongbing (HLB) disease, associated to Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus (CLas). The transcriptome sequence of Mexican lime infected with CLas at early (asymptomatic, 8 weeks post inoculation) and late (symptomatic, 16 weeks post inoculation) stages of HLB disease represents a valuable tool to understand the molecular responses associated to CLas infection.
