Complete mitochondrial sequence of Beringiana fukuharai

Beringiana fukuharai is a recently described freshwater mussel. We isolated DNA from muscle tissue of a specimen preserved in ethanol. We have sequenced DNA library constructed by using Illumina Trueseq LT PCR free library kit.福原贝氏蚌（Beringiana fukuharai）是一种新近正式描述的淡水贻贝。我们从乙醇保存的标本肌肉组织中提取了脱氧核糖核酸（DNA）。我们使用Illumina Trueseq LT PCR-free 文库构建试剂盒构建了DNA文库，并对其进行了测序。
