10-hour timelapse of Wild-type Saccharomyces cerevisiae growing in 2% raffinose. These experiments are the control experiments used for comparison to the effects of the double mutant Clb2dbΔ, Clb5Δ on the cell cycle control system in budding yeast. The images from two experiments done with Wild-type Saccharomyces cerevisiae are available as CIL:39606-39625 and CIL:39646-39665. The images from two experiments done with the double mutant Clb2dbΔ, Clb5Δ are available as CIL:39626-39645 and CIL:39666-39685.
本数据集包含野生型酿酒酵母（Wild-type Saccharomyces cerevisiae）在2%棉子糖培养基中生长的10小时延时摄影影像。本系列实验作为对照实验，用于对比双突变体Clb2dbΔ、Clb5Δ对出芽酵母细胞周期调控系统的影响。两组野生型酿酒酵母实验对应的影像资源编号为CIL:39606-39625与CIL:39646-39665。两组双突变体Clb2dbΔ、Clb5Δ实验对应的影像资源编号为CIL:39626-39645与CIL:39666-39685。
