fea3;Zmcle7_ear.apex_replicate1. The same library was sequenced twice. The first time was skim sequencing on NextSeq, all fastq file names starting from "Xu_17_10X_". The second time was deep sequencing on Novaseq, all fastq file names starting from "xu17-". Both time files were compressed into a single .tar file.
