SolPOC (Solar Performance Optimization Code) is an open source Python Package available on GitHub. It's allow to do optical modelisation about optical coating made of thin film for solar energy system, espacialy for solar thermal system or concentrated solar power (CSP) This package come from with a refractive index materials database. The present archive are the material database present in version 0.9.7 of SolPOCSolPOC（Solar Performance Optimization Code，太阳能性能优化代码）是一款托管于GitHub的开源Python软件包，可针对太阳能系统所用薄膜光学涂层开展光学建模工作，尤其适用于太阳能热系统或聚光太阳能发电（Concentrated Solar Power，CSP）场景。该软件包附带材料折射率数据库，本次提供的归档文件即为SolPOC 0.9.7版本中内置的材料数据库。
