为探究若干关键基因的临床意义，本研究借助针对125例食管鳞状细胞癌（Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma，ESCC）患者的Affymetrix IVT微阵列（Affymetrix IVT microarray）数据以筛选潜在预后因子。本数据集共包含125例ESCC样本，其原始数据（.cel文件）已通过R软件中的Affy包（Affy package）完成标准化处理，标准化后的信号值为经log2转换得到的数值。
