Sequencing of lung squamous cell carcinoma

To determine the molecular mechanism of drug action on NSCLC,we performed the analysis of transcriptome sequencing for NCI-H520,to analyze gene fusion before and after administration.H520 is a human lung squamous cell carcinoma cell line.

为明确药物对非小细胞肺癌（Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, NSCLC）的作用分子机制，本研究针对NCI-H520细胞系开展转录组测序（transcriptome sequencing）分析，以考察给药前后的基因融合（gene fusion）情况。NCI-H520是一种人类肺鳞状细胞癌细胞系。
