Combination of dual JAK/HDAC inhibitor with regorafenib reduces tumor growth, metastasis, and regorafenib-induced toxicity in colorectal cancer

To evaluate the differential gene expression contributing to the efficacy of the combination treatment of JAK/HDAC inhibitor with regorafenib, compared to single drug treatment, we performed the RNA-sequencing Overall design: SW480 cells were treated at 500nM concentration of JAK/HDACi and regorafenib as single drugs, and their combination. Dmso was used as control.

为评估相较于单一药物治疗，JAK/HDAC抑制剂联合瑞戈非尼（regorafenib）的治疗效果相关的差异基因表达情况，我们开展了RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）实验。实验整体设计如下：以SW480细胞为实验模型，分别采用500纳摩尔浓度的JAK/HDAC抑制剂、瑞戈非尼单一药物以及二者联合给药方案进行处理，以二甲基亚砜（DMSO）作为空白对照。
