Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the leading cause of cancer deaths worldwide. Only a fraction of NSCLC harbour actionable driver mutations and there is an urgent need for patient-derived model systems that will enable the development of new targeted therapies. NSCLC and other cancers display profound proteome remodelling compared to normal tissue that is not predicted by DNA or RNA analyses. We generated NSCLC patient-derived xenografts (PDXs) that recapitulate the histology and molecular features of primary NSCLC. 非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)是全球范围内癌症相关死亡的首要病因。仅有部分非小细胞肺癌患者携带可靶向的驱动突变,因此亟需构建患者来源的模型系统,以推动新型靶向治疗药物的研发。与正常组织相比,非小细胞肺癌及其他癌症会出现显著的蛋白质组重塑,而此类重塑无法通过DNA或RNA分析予以预测。我们构建了可重现原发性非小细胞肺癌组织学特征与分子特性的非小细胞肺癌患者来源异种移植瘤(patient-derived xenografts, PDXs)。本研究对122株非小细胞肺癌患者来源异种移植瘤完成了全外显子组测序,相关研究数据已录入EGA数据库,研究编号为EGAS00001006068。
