Supplemental Data for "Efficacy and Hepatotoxicity During Rapid Titration of Ketoconazole and/or Metyrapone in Patients with Cushing Syndrome"

Study: Retrospective study of 52 patients with Cushing syndrome treated with ketoconazole or metyrapone between 2004-2023. Main outcome measures included number of patients achieving control, number of patients with liver function test increases suggestive of drug-induced liver injury, changes in blood pressure and potassium balance.This Supplemental Data contains search terms used for data acquisition, additional assay information and additional figures and tables detailing the data analyses described above.
