This dataset is the supplementary data source for the manuscript "Seasonal patterns of canopy photosynthesis captured by remotely sensed sun-induced fluorescence and vegetation indexes in mid-to-high latitude forests: a cross-platform comparison" accepted for publication in Science of the Total Environment.The time series of all parameters presented in the manuscript is recorded in the Excel file of each site.Since the data policy of Fluxnet and European Data Flux Cluster prevents us from redistributing their data, We are unable to share with you the EC_GPP of each site.‘SIF’here in every Excel refers to GOME-2 SIF.If you have any questions regarding this data set, do not hesitate to contact Xinchen Lu ([e-mail])

本数据集为已被《整体环境科学（Science of the Total Environment）》接收待发表的论文《中高纬度森林中遥感太阳诱导荧光与植被指数捕获的冠层光合作用季节模式：跨平台对比》的补充数据源。论文中呈现的所有参数的时间序列均存储于各站点对应的Excel文件中。由于通量网络（Fluxnet）与欧洲数据通量集群（European Data Flux Cluster）的数据政策限制，我们无法重新分发其相关数据，因此无法向您提供各站点的涡度协方差总初级生产力（EC_GPP）数据。本数据集所有Excel文件中的“SIF（太阳诱导荧光，Sun-Induced Fluorescence）”均指代GOME-2 SIF。若您对本数据集存有任何疑问，请随时联系陆新辰（邮箱：[e-mail]）
