Long-time evolution of human attitudes towards a common urban carnivore, the red fox (Vulpes vulpes), in South-West Finland.

This data was used to study how human attitude towards urban red foxes (Vulpes vulpes) changes over time, what factors drive these changes, and how they may impact the achievement of Human-Wildlife Coexistence in South-West Finland. We combined a literature review of historical documents mentioning urban red foxes, with a questionnaire assessing attitudes and opinions towards red foxes.
