The complexity of ferroelectric domains presents a substantial challenge for characterization, especially with a non-destructive 3D probe. While Bragg Coherent Diffraction Imaging (BCDI) holds promise for this task, it still has some limitations. We have demonstrated that the Bragg Coherent Modulation Imaging (BCMI) technique is better suited for characterizing complex systems. This proposal aims to leverage the unique strengths of BCMI to investigate intricate ferroelectric domains, their dynamic behavior, and endurance during electric field cycling in BaTiO3 (BTO) nanocrystals of varying sizes.
