The comprehensive recipe nutrition and environmental impact database offers an in-depth exploration into the crossroads of culinary arts and environmental responsibility, providing an exhaustive panorama of both the nutritional nuances and the ecological footprint inherent to individual recipes. Rooted in the precision of Environmentally-Extended Input-Output analysis and augmented by a hybrid Life Cycle Assessment methodology, this database meticulously quantifies the carbon emissions along the entire process—from the initial stages of production, through the culinary craft, and culminating in waste management.
