To explore the role of small nucleolar RNA (snoRNA) on self-renewal of liver cancer stem cells (CSCs), we isolated liver CSCs (CD133+CD13+) and Non-CSCs (CD133-CD13-) from huamn liver tumor tissues. Overall design: Then snoRNA-sequencing analysis were performed and differentially expressed snoRNAs were identified. Total RNAs were extracted from liver cancer stem cells and subjected to snoRNA-sequencing analysis
为探究小核仁RNA(small nucleolar RNA, snoRNA)在肝癌干细胞(cancer stem cells, CSCs)自我更新中的作用,我们从人类肝脏肿瘤组织中分离得到肝癌干细胞(CD133+CD13+)与非肝癌干细胞(CD133-CD13-)。总体实验设计:随后开展小核仁RNA测序(snoRNA-sequencing)分析,鉴定出差异表达的小核仁RNA。我们从肝癌干细胞中提取总RNA,并将其用于小核仁RNA测序分析。
