snoRNA-sequencing analysis of liver cancer stem cells from human samples

To explore the role of small nucleolar RNA (snoRNA) on self-renewal of liver cancer stem cells (CSCs), we isolated liver CSCs (CD133+CD13+) and Non-CSCs (CD133-CD13-) from huamn liver tumor tissues. Overall design: Then snoRNA-sequencing analysis were performed and differentially expressed snoRNAs were identified. Total RNAs were extracted from liver cancer stem cells and subjected to snoRNA-sequencing analysis为探究小核仁RNA（small nucleolar RNA, snoRNA）在肝癌干细胞（cancer stem cells, CSCs）自我更新中的作用，我们从人类肝脏肿瘤组织中分离得到肝癌干细胞（CD133+CD13+）与非肝癌干细胞（CD133-CD13-）。总体实验设计：随后开展小核仁RNA测序（snoRNA-sequencing）分析，鉴定出差异表达的小核仁RNA。我们从肝癌干细胞中提取总RNA，并将其用于小核仁RNA测序分析。
