Anaerobic digester prokaryotic community. biosolids metagenome

Anaerobic digester sludge was sampled at kangbyun sewage treatment plant. We investigated the effect of peptone concentration on the anaerobic digester community. Prokaryotic communities were analysed using miseq sequencing.
