Transcriptional differential expression between WT and nkx2.7 morphants at shield stage

10 ug of total RNA was isolated from WT and nkx2.7 morphant embryos at shield stage. Samples were prepared according to the Genomic Services Group (Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics, University of Oxford) requirements for library preparation.

从盾期（shield stage）的野生型（Wild Type, WT）与nkx2.7基因敲低胚胎中提取10 μg总RNA。所有样本均按照基因组服务组（Genomic Services Group，牛津大学威康人类遗传学研究中心）的文库构建规范进行制备。
