This dataset is developed based on the purchase records and consumption behavior characteristics of resin craft customers, aiming to establish a customer consumption capacity stratification model and reveal the distribution differences among different customers in terms of purchase frequency, product type preference and repeat purchase performance. Meanwhile, it presents the characteristic profiles of customers at each stratification level in terms of style preference, price sensitivity and interaction engagement. This stratified dataset can help design institutions, sales channels and e-commerce platforms gain a clearer understanding of the structural differences among customer groups, provide reference for resource matching and service outreach, and enhance the depth of cognition towards diversified user structures.
1. Data Collection: Collect the consumption data of resin craft purchasing customers, and organize the data based on customer consumption capacity, which specifically includes fields such as customer ID, statistical time/year, payment time and consumption amount (yuan).
2. Total Sales Amount Calculation: Use the GROUP BY function with statistical time as the grouping criterion to calculate the annual total sales amount. The formula for total sales amount is: Total Sales Amount = SUM (consumption amount field of each data record).
3. Consumption Proportion Calculation: The formula for consumption proportion is: Consumption Proportion = (Consumption Amount / Total Sales Amount) * 100%.
4. Sort the consumption proportion in descending order and apply the ABCDEF classification method as follows:
- Classified as "Class A Consumption" when consumption proportion ≥ 1%;
