Adipogenesis-related genes.

The table shows 25 genes (represented by 28 probe sets) whose expression continuously increases or decreases from less differentiated to more differentiated samples as ranked in Fig. 6. The genes are ordered according to their fold change in expression between mesenchymal stem cells and normal fat cells. These genes are related to adipogenesis. About 64% of those genes have previously been reported in [6] and [27] (marked with a and b, respectively).
