Whole genome sequence of Streptomyces sp. CMC78

Streptomyces sp. CMC78 is a rice straw degrading psychrotrophic bacterium isolated from the tomato cultivated greenhouse soil in Toride city, Japan. Here, we determined its whole-genome sequence to characterize the genetic feature associated with organic compound degradation and low-temparature tolerance.
