We report that microRNAs strongly regulate targets of exceptionally high affinity and that such targets can be identified upon microRNA silencing in Argonaute 2 ribonucleoprotein immunoprecipitation (Ago2-RIP) experiments本研究报道，微小RNA（microRNAs）可强效调控亲和力极高的靶标分子，且此类靶标可通过在Argonaute 2核糖核蛋白免疫沉淀（Ago2-RIP）实验中开展微小RNA沉默操作予以鉴定。
