Data for the manuscript titled: Direct Atomic-Scale Investigation of the Coarsening Mechanisms of Exsolved Catalytic Nanoparticles

Raw data from which all of the analysis in the manuscript was derived. Data includes mainly raw electron microscopy image files. Additional files are raw in situ videos and raw EDS/EELS datasets. Excel files detailing measured particle sizes are also included. Data is organized by which corresponding figure in the manuscript it pertains to.

本论文手稿中所有分析均基于该原始数据集衍生而来。数据主体为原始电子显微镜图像文件，附加文件包含原始原位视频及原始能量色散X射线能谱（Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy, EDS）/电子能量损失谱（Electron Energy-Loss Spectroscopy, EELS）数据集，此外还收录了记录实测颗粒尺寸的Excel表格文件。所有数据均按照其对应手稿中的插图进行分类整理。
