To investigate the mechanism of Triiodothyronine regulating neonatal mice heart regeneration, we performed apical resection (AR) surgery on postnatal day 1 (P1) CD1 mice and administered with T3 (20ng/g body weight) or its solvent, PBS as control group. We harvested AR-injured hearts and isolated CD45+ leukocytes after T3 administration at 4 day-post-resection (dpr) .
为探究三碘甲状腺原氨酸(Triiodothyronine)调控新生小鼠心脏再生的机制,本研究对出生后第1天(P1)的CD1品系小鼠实施心尖切除(apical resection, AR)手术,并于切除术后第4天(day-post-resection, dpr)分别给予20ng/g体重的T3及其溶剂磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)作为对照组;给药完成后,我们收集了心尖切除损伤的心脏,并分离得到CD45阳性白细胞。
