Folder contains surfaces and model files of reconstructed skulls of ornithischian taxa as supplementary data for the paper Button, D.J., Porro, L.B., Lautenschlager, S., Jones, M.E.H. &amp; Barrett, P.M. 2023. Current Biology 33, 1-9. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cub.2022.12.019 See this paper. for more information on how these skull reconstructions were produced. <br> Each taxon folder contains two sets of surfaces: 1. "osteological_model" contains full-resolution surfaces of the retrodeformed skulls generated within the paper. Unified surfaces of the whole skull are provided, as are those for the cranium and mandible. Within these, separated surfaces for each material (bones, sutures, and teeth) are also provided. 2. "biomech_model" contains downsampled surfaces as imported into Strand7 for finite-element modelling. Separate surfaces for the modelled materials (bone, suture, and teeth) are provided for both the cranium and mandible. Loaded Strand7 model files for the cranium and mandible of each taxon are also provided. Surfaces are provided as both .stls and .plys. 每个类群文件夹均包含两类曲面文件：1. "骨学模型（osteological_model）"：收录本研究中生成的矫畸复原头骨高分辨率曲面。本文件夹提供完整头骨、颅骨（cranium）与下颌骨（mandible）的整体曲面，同时附带各组成组分（骨骼、骨缝与牙齿）的分离曲面文件。2. "生物力学模型（biomech_model）"：收录导入Strand7软件以用于有限元建模的降采样曲面。本文件夹为颅骨与下颌骨分别提供建模所需各组分（骨骼、骨缝与牙齿）的分离曲面，同时附带各分类单元颅骨与下颌骨的已加载Strand7模型文件。
