BCAA Metabolism Promotes Tumorigenesis of Lung Cancer through Cholesterol Synthesis Modification

To investigate the downstream gene expression characteristics regulated by AUH in A549 cells, we generated AUH knockdown A549 cells and analyzed the transcriptome changes through double ended RNA-seq. Overall design: RNA-seq sequencing analysis of A549 cells compared to AUH knockdown A549 cells (si-NC and si-AUH)为探究AUH在A549细胞中调控的下游基因表达特征，本研究构建了AUH敲低的A549细胞系，并通过双端RNA测序（double ended RNA-seq）分析其转录组变化。总体实验设计：对A549细胞与AUH敲低A549细胞（si-NC组与si-AUH组）开展RNA-seq测序对比分析。
