Measurements of the phyllotactic angles on the main stem of Col-0, clasp1 (Col-0), WS-4, bot1-7 (WS-4) single mutants and of combinations of these genotypes

For each genotype, there are two files, one with the calculated angles of divergence between siliques and one with the angular position (raw data, "Angles-Bruts" in French) measured on the apparatus and from which the angles of divergence were calculated. There are four 4 genotypes: Col0 and WS-4 (two different Arabidopsis ecotypes), and clasp1 (mutant for CLASP protein in Col-0 background) and bot1-7 (mutant for katanin in a WS-4 background), analyzed in two different growth conditions: Long day directly (JL: "jours longs" in French) and Short day then Long day (JC-JL: "jours courts, jours longs).针对每个基因型（genotype），均包含两份文件：其一存储了角果（siliques）间发散夹角的计算结果，其二包含通过实验装置测得的角位置原始数据（法语标注为"Angles-Bruts"），该数据用于计算前述发散夹角。 本次实验共涉及4种基因型：Col0与WS-4为两种不同的拟南芥生态型（Arabidopsis ecotypes）；clasp1为Col-0遗传背景下CLASP蛋白编码基因的突变体，bot1-7则为WS-4遗传背景下剑蛋白（katanin）编码基因的突变体。所有材料均在两种不同生长条件下开展分析：直接长日照（JL，法语标注为"jours longs"），以及先短日照再长日照（JC-JL，法语标注为"jours courts, jours longs"）。
