宾夕法尼亚州立大学针对青藏高原 2019年9月到2020年9月 进行的对流允许的高分辨率模拟。所用模式为WRF V4.2.1,空间分辨率为4公里,空间范围覆盖青藏高原主体。驱动数据使用了ERA5全球再分析数据(空间分辨率为0.25度),模式输出时间分辨率为逐小时。本模拟参与了CPTP集合模拟WRF组敏感性实验,相对参考模拟,本模拟主要不同在于使用了不同的微物理参数化方案:WSM6 (参考组为Thompson)。
This is a convection-permitting high-resolution simulation over the Tibetan Plateau conducted by Pennsylvania State University from September 2019 to September 2020. The model employed is WRF V4.2.1, with a spatial resolution of 4 km and the spatial domain covering the main body of the Tibetan Plateau. The driving data adopts ERA5 global reanalysis data with a spatial resolution of 0.25°, and the temporal resolution of the model outputs is hourly. This simulation took part in the sensitivity experiments of the WRF group within the CPTP ensemble simulation. Relative to the reference simulation, the primary difference of this simulation is the adoption of a distinct microphysics parameterization scheme: WSM6 (the reference group uses the Thompson scheme).
