Halal awareness is the gate for obtaining halal certificates which is guarantee that the product is lawful following Islamic sharia. However, most of the food sold on the market does not have a halal certificate due to the entrepreneur's halal awareness and intention problems. The level of halal awareness and the intention of food MSE entrepreneurs to register halal certificates should be measured. A set of questionnaires is distributed electronically due to the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.<br> This file contains of a copy of the online questionnaire that was distributed to respondents. We used a structured questionnaire adapted from previous research to collect data: Giyanti <em>et.al</em>.(2019), Waluyo (2013), Ambali and Bakar (2013), Abdul (2014), Ngah (2014), Abdul <em>et al</em>. (2013), Menteri Hukum dan HAM (2014)
清真认知(Halal Awareness)是获取清真认证(Halal Certificate)的核心门槛,该认证可确保产品符合伊斯兰教法(Islamic Sharia)规定的合法标准。然而,当前市场上多数在售食品并未获得清真认证,这一问题多源于食品经营者的清真认知不足与认证意愿缺失。针对食品中小微企业(Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, MSE)经营者的清真认知水平与申请清真认证的意愿,亟需开展量化评估。鉴于新冠疫情(COVID-19 Pandemic)暴发,本次调研通过电子渠道发放问卷。
本数据集包含本次调研面向受访者发放的在线问卷副本。本次数据采集采用改编自既往研究的结构化问卷,相关文献来源包括:Giyanti等人(2019)、Waluyo(2013)、Ambali与Bakar(2013)、Abdul(2014)、Ngah(2014)、Abdul等人(2013)以及印尼法律与人权部(Menteri Hukum dan HAM,2014)。
