Plasmodium vivax strain: CMB Genome sequencing. Plasmodium vivax strain:CMB-1

In 2016, we reported the first Pv genome sequence of a clinical strain isolated in the China-Myanmar border area. Moreover, this isolated genome is also the first complete PV genome reported in China. We reported genome sequences of 68 more samples in 2023. Both previously published studies and newly sequenced samples were Myanmar imported cases collected from Yunnan Province located on the China-Myanmar border. In 2025, we continued to release whole genome sequencing data from 98 samples from 2012-2019. So far, we have presented vivax malaria samples from 2009-2019 in this project.

2016年，我们首次报道了一株分离自中缅边境地区临床分离株的间日疟原虫（Plasmodium vivax, Pv）基因组序列；该分离株的基因组同时也是国内首条完整报道的间日疟原虫基因组序列。2023年，我们进一步报道了68份新增样本的基因组序列。本项目涉及的既往已发表研究样本与本次新测序样本，均为采集自中缅边境云南省的缅甸输入性病例。2025年，我们进一步发布了2012至2019年间采集的98份样本的全基因组测序数据。截至目前，本项目已覆盖2009至2019年间的间日疟原虫样本。
