Sequencing of miRNA in the midgut of Aedes aegypti

Sequencing of miRNA transcriptome in the midgut of Aedes aegypti before and after the blood meal. This study provides the raw data of miRNA sequencing in the midgut of Aedes aegypti at 72 hours after eclosion and 24 hours after the blood meal.
