JKU SEM images of capture wool WP2

The capture wool of cribellate spiders is characterized by SEM to analyze the geometrical shape and size its nanofibers. To demonstrate the antiadhesive properties of the calamistrum, SEM images of fibers of capture wool fibers on a calamistrum are included.

The collected data in form of JPG- or TIF-images were collected in a public report provided as a PDF file. The report describes the SEM images and the biological function of the capture wool as well as their interaction with the calamistrum.

本研究采用扫描电子显微镜（Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM）对筛器蜘蛛（cribellate spiders）的捕集丝（capture wool）进行表征，以分析其纳米纤维的几何形态与尺寸。为验证栉器（calamistrum）的抗粘附性能，本数据集收录了附着于栉器上的捕集丝纤维的扫描电子显微镜图像。

本数据集所收录的图像均为JPG或TIF格式，全部来源于一份公开的PDF格式报告。该报告详细阐释了本次实验所用的扫描电子显微镜图像的相关信息、捕集丝的生物学功能，以及其与栉器之间的相互作用。
