Putting theory to the test: an integrated computational/experimental chemostat model of the Tragedy of the Commons - raw data

Raw data for manuscript titled: <i>Putting theory to the test: An integrated computational/experimental chemostat model of the Tragedy of the Commons. </i><br><br>Empirical data is in the excel file tocpa_masterraw.xlsx. Each tab of the excel file contains the data for one figure/analysis and are named to correspond to the figure titles in the text.Random_allSims.txt and Random_Stable.txt are products of random simulation values used to determine the best parameter fit for the model.
